Gururaj Associates provides TDS Service for property buyer when property needs to be sold for more than 50 lakhs. Buyer has to deduct 1% of the sale amount. Then deducted money has to be paid to the Income Tax Department and generate form 26QB and handover to the seller as well as property registering authority.
Procedure: We will calculate the tax liability and inform the buyer. Buyer pays tax and handover the receipt to us and we will generate the form 26QB and handover to the customer.
